- Working on a new format and an improved curriculum for the upcoming Rollie Denison Leadership Institute class.
- Most recent RDLI graduating class created an endowment through the Mt. Pleasant Area Community Foundation, providing scholarship opportunities for future RDLI attendees.
- Researching the need to establish a Rollie Denison Graduate Leadership Program.
- Creating a “Matrix” that lists volunteer positions available throughout Isabella County.
- Providing a mentoring program that will connect individuals with similar interests and backgrounds.
